As a tenant, you search listings and shortlist properties. When you want to reach an owner, you unlock their contact (using reward points or a paid unlock). You verify your phone with OTP first, so owners only get serious, reachable inquiries.
OTP verification ensures only real renters get owner contact details. It reduces spam and wrong numbers for owners and keeps the platform trusted. Verification is required before you can unlock a contact.
NestRiqo currently services Bangalore, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Search by city and locality on the listings page. Coverage may expand to more cities in future.
Pricing for Tenants & Owners
Tenants get the first 5 unlocks per month using reward points (earn by To-Let upload, referral, review). After that, you can buy a single unlock, a 10-contact pack, or an unlimited plan. See the pricing page for current rates.
Yes. Listing your property is free. You get verified tenant leads when renters unlock your contact. Optional paid boost and featured badge are available from your dashboard if you want more visibility.
We accept cards and other supported payment methods for contact unlock packs. Billing is transparent with no hidden fees.
Data Security and Privacy
Your data and contact details are stored in secure, access-controlled environments. We use encryption and practices appropriate for personal and listing data.
Your phone number is shared only when a tenant completes OTP verification and unlocks your contact (with points or payment). We do not share your number with brokers or third parties.
We design and operate with Indian data and privacy expectations in mind. You retain control of your data and can manage or delete it when needed.
Getting Started
Sign up, browse listings by city and area, and shortlist properties. When you are ready to contact an owner, verify your phone with OTP and unlock their contact using reward points or a paid option. You can earn points by uploading To-Let listings, referring friends, and leaving reviews.
Sign up, go to your dashboard, and add a new listing with photos, rent, deposit, and details. Listing is free. You will receive inquiries from tenants who unlock your contact. You can pause or unpause listings anytime.
Support is available via the app and email. Use the Feedback option in the navbar or contact us for help with listings, unlocks, or reward points.
